What we keep, and why.
Last updated 24 September 2026
Mallpup is an AI consulting studio based in Brisbane, Australia. This page explains what happens to the details you share through mallpup.com. The short version: we use them to reply to you and to see how the site is used, and nothing else. We do not sell personal information or add you to mailing lists.
What you send us
When you use the contact form we receive your name, work email, company (if you give it), the service you are interested in and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever is in that email. We use this only to reply, and if we work together, to run the engagement.
What the site measures
We use Google Analytics to understand which parts of the site are useful. It records the pages you view and a few actions: button clicks, opening an FAQ answer, how far you scroll and whether the form was sent. It also records general details such as your browser, device and approximate location. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. It does not tell us who you are.
Who else handles it
- Formspree delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google runs Google Analytics.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and block abuse.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation or any resulting work needs them, then deleted. Google Analytics keeps event-level data for a limited period and reports on it in aggregate.
Your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@mallpup.com and we will reply within one business day.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
If what we collect changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
